1) Service

Streamova provides digital IPTV subscription access delivered electronically via login details, an M3U link, or an activation code. Access is personal to the purchased number of devices.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase a subscription.

3) Orders & Delivery

Orders are placed via WhatsApp or our contact channels. We aim to deliver access instantly during working hours. Delivery times may vary based on support volume and verification.

4) Acceptable Use

• Do not resell, share, or redistribute your subscription without authorization
• Do not use the service for unlawful purposes
• Accounts found abusing or sharing access may be suspended without refund

5) Payments

Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers. We do not store your full payment card details.

6) Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Digital access is non-refundable after activation.

7) Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Streamova’s total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days before the event giving rise to the claim.
